There Bryan obtained a Master of Social Work and a Master of Science in Kinesiology with a focus on Adventure Therapy. After Graduate School Bryan spent five years as a primary clinical at Mountain Valley Treatment Center, a premiere residential treatment center focused on Anxiety, Depression and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Bryan has extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention therapy. Bryan specializes in the treatment of Anxiety and OCD - particularly academic perfectionism and social phobia.
Bryan enjoys working with all types of clients but particularly feels drawn to working with those who may be unsure of or resistant to therapy. Bryan believes strongly in delivering individualized and collaborative treatment and strongly resists a "one size fits all" approach.
