We're moving!
We’re very excited to announce we will be relocating! As our practice continues to grow, we want to be able to provide the best services for our clients. In order to continue to provide exceptional service, we felt it best that we expand our location—the building we’re moving into, which is much larger than our present location, will allow us to optimize the services we already offer and also allow us to introduce new services (stay tuned for these soon!).
Don’t worry, we’re not going far…we’re moving down the street, our practice will remain in downtown Plymouth, NH. Our new location will be;
1 Warren Street, Plymouth NH 03264. All appointments from 1/23/2023 onward will be at our New location!
Check out the latest progress on the building or follow us on our social media to stay updated on the progress of the move and the new services we’ll be offering!
Integrative Medicine | Your First Appointment
Integrative medicine may seem unfamiliar to some so we wanted to highlight what your first appointment consists of. Here our Medical Director, Alex Riccio, explains what’s involved in your first appointment with her. Alex takes an in-depth, comprehensive dive into your history including where you grew up and what your upbringing was like, how your parents lived, your medical history, and many other factors. These details help contribute to an individually designed health plan to assist you on your path to greater health and well-being.
If you would like to schedule a consultation with Alex, please contact us!
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy Client Testimonial
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy client testimonial
Since adding Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy to our repertoire of services, we have seen a significant change in those clients who have begun treatment. We have found that clients who have treatment resistant depression & anxiety, sever trauma, and PTSD have responded dramatically. Below is a testimonial from one of our recent clients experience with this therapy. We hope to have many more experiences, just like this clients, in the future.
I have been struggling with a chronic eating disorder for 7 years and after I completed Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) with Growing Roots, a great weight came off my shoulders. I felt intense clarity, emotions, realizations, and gratitude during my sessions. It was like a door was opened in my mind and suddenly I could access feelings and memories I was harboring. Since the completion of the treatment, my eating disorder urges have remarkedly declined and my ability to sit with my emotions without being self-destructive has improved significantly. I feel so grateful that my therapist recommended me for this therapy and I hope others who need it take advantage of the benefits KAP has to offer.
